May 2020 Who has received all or most of their rent this month ?. Tenants using Direct Deposit are paid up 100% Today. Checks should start arriving by tomorrow.

One request for deferment, will only consider with (proof of employment loss, savings,IRA,checking statements)

Rent for May is coming in. I expect 100% same as last month.

No problems here! Except, 1 tenant did give notice, so we will be looking for new tenants for June 1. Could have a short vacancy as we are not showing units in person to people until the unit is empty.

We received all of our rent-we are small time but I was very happy it all came in!
