I am selling my rental properties with Seller Financing and by owner, if you have one you could share I would appreciate it. I am changing my investment strategy to seller financing selling off rentals as they become vacant
@Bob Denkers Check out the free forms for CA available at firsttuesday.us/forms, they may fit your needs. Otherwise, possibly find a Transaction Coordinator who has access to the CA Realtor forms. You'd have to pay a fee for the Transaction Coordinator services, but it would be relatively small.
