Looking to sell a dup in San Bernardino County, tenants have been paying half rents, and now refusing entry to sell the property claiming new covid non entry laws? Thoughts recommendations?
Ask your realtor as well. Any potential buyers should be masking up and wearing gloves, and not touching things as well as limiting people in the home (ie only those who are pre-approved for the list price or higher). Tenants can stay outside during viewings. From your heading, I assumed one tested positive and was under 2 week quarantine, guessing this is not the case and it is simply the stay at home order.
