Im afraid to allow any new tenants in because of covid law. In NJ tenant can say "Im unable to pay my rent and you cant evict me". Im thinking of selling what else can I do? Even if they have a good NTN credit score you could still not get paid. Is NTN the best for checking prospective renter?
@Dawn Peterson where in N Jersey and when did you buy? Home prices have gone up in certain parts of NJ as people flee the city.
What about section 8? Guaranteed portion of the rental payment coming directly from the government. If you can find a good section 8 tenant you can’t go wrong.
