What type of window dressings for rental with 30 custom windows?

I just purchased a 3 unit multifamily property with approximately 30 custom size windows. The property currently has no window dressings. What is the cheapest option I can buy for window dressings?

    I have gotten some great blinds, cheap and a bit more on Amazon.

    Blinds from Walmart, $5 each. Curtain rod from Big Lots, $1. Sheer curtains from Amazon, $2.50 a panel. Drape curtains from Walmart, $5-$10 panel.
