What are typical startup costs to set up a Will, Trust, and LLC
Hello everyone,
My wife and I are just getting started on our rental portfolio and want to get things set up right through an LLC to be as protected and efficient as possible. We talked with one company and it sounded good but was pretty expensive. How much does this typically cost to set it up professionally? Should we be searching for local attorneys and CPA's that specialize in real estate? Or maybe just a company who specializes in it all? We're currently in GA and would love to hear any advice or recommendations to assist. Thank you
