I am wondering what investors in the general Louisville, KY area are paying for both bathroom and kitchen remodels in multi-family properties for labor alone. Can you give me your input on cost and who you used for the work please? Thank you so much!

@Megan Gleeson it will vary a lot depending on what you are having done. Our labor on avg is under 2k for each of those if there’s no electrical or plumbing to be rerouted.
