Buying a Rental House with Section 8 tenants. Paperworks?

Also, Section 8 in MA (everywhere in the country?) might mean one of the 3 programs: 1. federal program, 2. the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (MRVP), 3. the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program.  Do they operate the same way?

    They follow a very similar guideline for rents as well as standards of conditions. The tenant will let you know what program is sponsoring their rent and you can start from there. Even in city of Boston there's Metro Housing, Boston Housing Authority, etc.
