Any buy and hold investors in the jacksonville area have a solid PMC they can recommend?

I'm familiar with narpm.org but with nearly 100 in the area, recommendations would expedite things greatly and help out those who have done well by you :)

You should join the free Facebook group called "Yellowbird Connect" which is the most active RE group for Jacksonville investors and landlords and everybody.  You can find lots of recommendations there.
