Looking for Management Company Recommendations in Jacksonville FL

Any buy and hold investors in the jacksonville area have a solid PMC they can recommend?

I'm familiar with narpm.org but with nearly 100 in the area, recommendations would expedite things greatly and help out those who have done well by you :)

You should join the free Facebook group called "Yellowbird Connect" which is the most active RE group for Jacksonville investors and landlords and everybody.  You can find lots of recommendations there.

    I use Locklear Property Management and have had a great experience so far. 

    I also have a couple properties with Suncoast property management which is just ok - they get the job done but employees are very transient.

    @Shandon Lewis Thirdstone Properties in Jax. They manage my properties and also manage rehab projects. They have a Facebook and IG page too. Feel free to connect if you cannot find them.
