@Ramon E Alvarez two ways to find "investor friendly" contractors in your area. 1. Attend local REI meetings. You can network with other investors and they will recommend whatever contractors your looking for. 2. Connect with a local Realtor that is a fellow investor (like myself). They will have contractors they have worked with they will recommend as well. Hope this helps in your REI journey.
