Mostly agree with the article, but property age seems really restrictive. Very, very few houses in this area are less than 40 years old, but it certainly isn’t a war zone. I would say effective age of the property might be a better measure.

From a West Coast perspective, most of the well-established communities in the Northeast consist of primarily C and D-class communities. You should spend some time searching for and reading the many different threads in the forums about this topic.
