Presently, we are reviewing a geographic area 50 miles from our home, to connect with these property owners and or managers.

Specifically, multi-family property up to a 4 plex at this time.

I am very flexible and value the potential of greater success with a team of professionals.

Goal - Build an Unstoppable Real Estate Portfolio with the "Core".

How much capital do you have to work with? The forced appreciation play in small-plex's has a few key points that the traditional SFH BRRRR does not. Not only does making the building need to look pretty and field high paying renters, being able to weight the income-approach valuation is important.
