Welcome to Ales & Assets, a San Diego-based meetup group focused on real estate investing. We host casual meetups at a local brewery on the third Sunday of every month, giving you the opportunity to network, talk all things cash flow, share experiences, and ask questions. Meetups are open to seasoned investors, new investors, and those looking to learn more and get started. We'll talk about multi-family investing, short-term rentals, flipping, long-term rentals, and everything in between. We look forward to meeting you! If you have any questions please reach out to @Mel Adams or myself.
