This month's Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, May 18th at 6:30 pm and we will be meeting at Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (Exit 30) at 130 Harbour Place Drive, Davidson, NC 28036! We are super excited to have Samuel Winthrop, with Winthrop & Winthrop Law, speak this week about laws, procedures, and popular legal topics for real estate professionals. We will be diving into topics such as when and how to use certain contract clauses (and the cautions with doing so), changes in real estate law coming down the pipeline, and the eviction process!
