Hello everyone! I will be hosting a networking event for real estate investors in the Tampa Bay Community (Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Hernando, etc). For a while now, myself, along with a few peers, have been meeting once a month to network, discuss and learn about real estate investing in a fun and spontaneous way. We want to welcome anyone interested in the real estate world to join our meetup and enjoy.

    Hello

       I passed on this post to a friend of mine/who lives in Florida/who is interested in buying a duplex.   He is very new to real estate/hasn't purchased any.   Hope that is ok.  Wanted to point him in a direction that he could learn from people who are "doing it".
