Usually, this is a typical (but awesome) meetup at a brewery. But not this time! We are going on a Field Trip! Meet us at 1720 E Pikes Peak Ave to see the 4plex Short-Term Rental conversion. Come hang out. We'll have snacks and drinks.

Meetup Topic and Speaker:
The leaders of Renjoy bought a run-down building near Memorial Park and turned it into a beautiful multi-unit Short Term Rental. Come see their work and mingle with other real estate investors in the Colorado Springs area.

Parking: There is parking off of Meade Avenue. Businesses and a church also close by that may have parking available. Memorial Park is across the street.
