Happy Thursday Everyone,

It was good to see you all at the last meetup! Join us yet again for another casual Networking Hangout.

Grab a bite of (Topper's) pizza and sip some brews while you mingle with local investors and share stories, experiences and contacts. After all life is too short to learn from your mistakes so learn from others! Whether you’ve been investing for decades or are planning on buying your first property, whether you are into STRs, MTRs or LTRs, whether you prefer In State Investing or Out of State Investing, we hope you can come join us. Remember...

YOUR NETWORK IS YOUR NETWORTH!

Join the network of investors in Ventura as we discuss everything Real Estate!!

Looking forward to building a community to help us all grow together. Feel free to reach out with any queries at [email protected]

    Ventura Fam,
Unfortunately, I woke up with a fever this morning and my condition seems to just keep getting worse, as such I will not be able to make it this evening to the meetup. Nonetheless since it's a networking event we still have a few tables reserved at the Brew Deck (on the 2nd floor) of Transmission Brewing for all of you that do want to enjoy the view, good pizza and some cold brews....and network of course!
Feel free to contact Shayne McGrath in my absence tonight if you have any questions or concerns 805-886-6033.
Have a great start to your March and hopefully a headstart on your socializing for the weekend.

Sorry to hear that you don't feel well, Kevin.  Is this a monthly event?

@Cody Bacon and @ulises , yes we try to meet every month , but there is no event scheduled for April as I'll be out attending a conference. We plan on meeting in May.
Reach out to [email protected] if you want to be added to the email list.
