Meetup Topic and Speaker: This week we will have Michael Carton from Peak Vista Appraisals Inc to share his experience as an appraiser. Michael is the president of the Appraisal Group of Colorado. He has been an appraiser for 18 years and has seen over 13,000 homes. He does most of his work in El Paso and Teller Counties.

He is going to talk about an overview of how appraisals work and how to get your home to appraise for more. We'll have time for Q&A at the end.
