This month's speaker is Claire Matten. Claire is advisor at Sterling CRE focused on Commercial Real Estate. She is one of only a handful of women endorsed as a CCIM in the state of Montana, which is the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals. Claire will give an update on multifamily housing and vacancy, as well as an overview of the current market in commercial real estate. There will be time for Q&A at the end of her presentation.

The Missoula Real Estate Meetup has three main goals:
