So you live in Los Angeles County or Ventura County and are looking for like minded people passionate about real estate investing?

Come check out the newest monthly meetup in the area!

This coming Monday, May 1st from 6-8:00 PM we'll be meeting at Tarantula Hill Brewing Co in Thousand Oaks, CA

There will be no sales pitches, all are welcome whether you've been investing since before I was born or you haven't done your first deal yet, and all you have to do is shoot me a message or post here so that we know to save you a seat and bring a business card to hand out to those around you.

This is a place where you could meet your next business partner, real estate agent, or find a buyer for your next deal.

Come from 6-8:00, or drop in for a drink or food for a few minutes in between! We'll be there.

Looking forward to seeing you this Monday evening for good food, great people, and lots of investing talk!

Hey @Tony Clark. I'll be out of town this day but would like to make it out for future meetups. Do you have an email distro list for your meetup? I'm bad at checking my BP account regularly.

We’re in the front right corner, look for a guy in a plaid shirt and a baseball cap. See y’all soon!

@Tony Clark, I'd love to be added to the mailing list for the next event. I am very new to REI and am eager to learn/hear about others' experiences.

@Steve Riester @Noah Veneracion @Shyd Coloma @Alex Bekeza our next meetup is this coming Monday 6/5 at Tarantula Hill - same time 6:00 and we'll try to grab a spot outside if possible so that it isn't so loud.

Trying to figure out a way to set up a recurring event on BP but haven't been able to do it yet. Hope to see y'all there on Monday!

Feel free to text me 615 977-5495 if you have any questions or if you want to be added to the email list.
