Morning Session: How to Create a Marketing Funnel that Brings Motivated Sellers to YOU
The first step in making money in wholesale deals, finding sellers who will sell creatively, or any other profitable deal is FINDING those motivated sellers. We’ll spend the morning discussing how to create GOOD direct mail, how to implement a system for ‘getting it out’, and what ELSE you can do to locate and attract motivated sellers.

Afternoon: How to Buy Your Next Cash Flow Property without Cash or Credit
If you’re ever going to be REALLY financially free—like in the sense of never having to work again or do another deal again, if you don’t want to, and knowing that your cash flow properties will cover all your wants and needs for the rest of your life—you need to start getting those properties NOW.

And no, you don’t need to be “bankable”, or make big down payments, or even have cash for repairs to make this happen right away: you just need to know a handful of techniques for getting seller financing and creative partnering.

This really works, and 2023 is a great year to learn and implement it, because more motivated sellers mean more chances to negotiate subject to deals, owner financing, lease/options, and more. Vena is a true genius in this field; she acquired more than a million dollars in assets in the last 12 months using very little of her own money, no banks or hard money lenders, and a BUNCH of techniques that she’ll share with you in this workshop.

You need income-producing assets to get where you’re going. The sooner you get them, the longer they have to grow in value and equity. NOW is the best time to start, and knowing these techniques will let you do that. So invest a day in your financial future—be here!
