Bio: My name is Ryan Coleman and I'm a Real Estate Investor & Certified Probate Expert who focuses on purchasing Inherited homes from families in Ocean County NJ. I consider myself a "rookie" with plenty to learn but have leveraged my experience as a Loan Officer to dip my toes into the world we call REI with an FHA 203k 3 Family house hack back in 2020. This has since provided me the capital to focus on helping families with Inherited homes in need of a quick sale. As a Loan Officer I focused on renovations loans, which the typical lenders would call "tricky", or "not worth the squeeze," and it really was a valuable time for me both personally and professionally. I always said that this would be the way I'd get my first home! I've since helped countless friends and family members to do the same and hope to provide the same value to the group as I have them!
