Come learn how Evan acquired his 13 doors spread across 5 multifamily properties in Minneapolis. He closed his first househack in South Minneapolis at the end of 2019 and has focused on remodeling properties to add value, and refinancing or utilizing home equity lines of credit to access the equity built during the remodel. Evan closed on his 3rd househack at the end of 2023 - a fourplex in NE Minneapolis with 100k+ in renovations planned for the property.
