Sokol is a dynamic and innovative entrepreneur who founded a boutique real estate investment and development company in 2016. Starting out in Philadelphia, she quickly expanded Sokol Enterprises into South Jersey, targeting up-and-coming neighborhoods and transforming neglected properties into vibrant spaces. Today, the company manages assets across three states, with a primary focus in New Jersey. Sokol has built a reputation for her expertise in acquiring, rehabbing, and renting underutilized properties, and has recently expanded her ventures into land development and commercial real estate consulting. She specializes in helping clients with financing and structuring complex transactions. Her latest passion is creating affordable housing because she believes everyone deserves a home they can be proud of.
A mother of two, Sokol calls South Jersey home and is deeply involved in women-led business organizations and non-profits. In 2022, she developed housing for veterans and their families and was named one of South Jersey Magazine’s “Women to Watch” in 2021. More recently, in 2024, Philadelphia Style Magazine honored her as a “Power Player.” Sokol also serves as President of the Haddonfield Housing Authority, where she spearheaded a project to acquire and renovate scattered-site properties for affordable housing, fulfilling the town’s legal obligations. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids, exploring new adventures, and practicing ballet.
With a portfolio of over 300 units, Sokol’s specialty is value-add properties, and she built her career using 100% financing. Her drive and fresh perspective are reshaping real estate development in the region. Sokol lives in South Jersey with her two children and is active in many women owned business organizations and non-profits. In 2021, Sokol developed/furnished housing units for local veterans and their children and was South Jersey Magazine’s “Women to Watch in 2021”. Sokol is actively involved in pro-bono consulting work for local municipalities and is President of the Haddonfield Housing Authority.
