Hi BP members,

Happy Thursday!!

We hope you are having a great week.

I wanted to send a message to all our member that our next Montgomery County CFBC session has been scheduled for next month:

Date: April 17 2025 5:45pm-9pm

Location: Twinbrook Library 202 Meadow Hall Dr, Rockville, MD 20851

This will be session 1 of 12 and is my favorite because we will be talking about:

- Current Housing Market Update

- House Hacking (one of my personal strategies that I am currently doing myself)

- Rules of Thumbs in real estate investing

- Hard Money Lending

- Guided networking

- And much more!

** Bonus Tip: for those who plan on attending please read "The Cash Flow Breakfast Club: A Story and A Manual" book from our founder Omni Casey, as we will be discussing a few topics from the book these upcoming sessions. You can get yourself a copy on Amazon here or listen audiobook on Audible/Spotify.

All members and new attendees are welcome, but seats are limited so Please hit this link to save yourself a seat here.

Looking forward to seeing you all at our first session of the year!

Kind regards,

Nico
