It’s been a while, so let’s get back together! 🎉

Join us at Adam’s Ribs in Edgewater, MD for a casual investor meetup. No agenda this time—just food, conversation, and a chance to reconnect with fellow real estate investors.

We’ll talk shop, share what’s going on in the market, and catch up. Whether you’re new or experienced, this is a great chance to connect and help us get these meetups rolling again.

🍗 Where: Adam’s Ribs, Edgewater, MD
📅 When: September 25th 2025 @ 6pm-8pm
🎯 What to Expect: Eat, talk, catch up, and connect

IMPORTANT: Please RSVP so I can give the restaurant a heads-up on numbers.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
