Tyson's mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry!

This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.

While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: multi-family residential, flipping, commercial, out-of-state, wholesaling, contracting, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and even doing BRRRRs.
