Tomorrow night, August 19th, from 6-8 at Pizza Cottage on Ety Rd in Lancaster is our monthly real estate investor meet up.
This month we have two parts.
The first part is Adam Hetterle, Lancaster Fire Department Fire Inspector. He'll be covering safety protocols for residential, commercial, and mixed use buildings. You've likely heard us say from the front that our goal is a clean, fresh, and safe place for our renters to stay. This is a critical piece of making sure our homes are safe places to stay.
For the second part Kurt Phillips, full time investor and real estate agent, will be sharing a real time market update that is not showing up in reports and the 3 things to focus on in order to thrive in a shifting market.
