The RAL Room is hosting a free, one-day virtual summit for real estate investors who want to understand this asset class before everyone else catches on. No fluff, no pitch-fest: ten sessions with operators, lenders, and attorneys who run real homes and fund real deals.
What we're covering:
- Why RAL, Why Now — where this asset class sits in the market today (Dr. Alex Schloe)
- Financing & Funding RAL Deals — how lenders actually underwrite these properties (Erin Huffman, Live Oak Bank)
- Licensing, Compliance & Legal Landmines — the mistakes that shut homes down (Kimberly Rodriguez)
- Operations & Staffing That Keep Homes Full (Angela Burow)
- Access to Capital: Growing From One Home to Four (Latonia Boykins)
- State of the Industry (Isabelle Guarino)
- Scaling a Portfolio (Serg Lupescu)
- Dementia & Memory Care — with Teepa Snow, one of the most respected voices in dementia care
- Plus a "Secret Session" we're not announcing until the day of (Charlie Cameron)
- Who should attend: Investors curious about their first RAL home, operators running one or two and stuck on the jump to four, and anyone tired of thin margins on traditional rentals. Whether you're starting, funding, or scaling, there's a session here for you.
Free to attend. Live online. Bring questions and an action taker attitude!
