Not that I've heard anywhere. The RPOA expo in Grand Rapids is next week so maybe we do the week after that. How about Tuesday, March 3? We could still go with the Panera on West Main off 131 so anyone from Battle Creek could make it too.

Everyone still good for Panera (5130 South Fort Apache Road, Kalamazoo Twp, MI) at 6pm this Tuesday?
I'm going to bring a copy of the "Buy Your House" letter that was shared at the RPOA conference last week in case anyone missed it. Lots of good stuff to put into action!

I drove all the way their last night, and walked in with the intent of drinking a beer and meeting new friends...when i discovered i could not get a beer, i left...sorry folks i was looking forward to an adult beverage....maybe next time

Hey everyone, interested in meeting up again next Tuesday, April 7th? We had a good time with the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek people last time and I'd be very interested to hear what my fellow investors are up to.
Plus, I learned about a great way to make every lead count when you're wholesaling...

Hey everyone, next week will be the first Tuesday of May. Anyone feel like meeting up at Panera in Kalamazoo again? It has definitely been helping me out. We can do 7pm like last time since that seems to be more convenient for everyone.

Haha just Curtis and myself so far! This is a meeting for those investing in/from Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and the surrounding areas. (Plainwell, Portage, Schoolcraft, Comstock, Cooper, Mattawan, Paw Paw, Alamo, Vicksburg, Galesburg, Richland, and other Southwest Michigan areas)
I had an opportunity to tour a few large apartment buildings in Grand Rapids yesterday with a very successful investor who shared the prospectus with me. I'll make a copy for anyone interested particularly anyone that's an accredited investor since they're still selling shares.
