You are surrounded by Sellers, whether its at work, on an elevator, at a grocery store or a phone call, do you know how to talk to them, do you know what to ask, ....
Speaking with sellers is an extremely critical tool all successful real estate investors must master. Negotiations are well in progress the second you pick up the phone. The first impression on the phone can determine whether you win or lose a deal.
If you want to learn how to handle sellers and increase your chances of getting your next deal, you will need to be at our next meeting on October 22nd.
Ray Sasser – He has been an investor in the Houston area for over 30 years and is known as a premier expert in negotiations, rehabbing, and deal structuring (just to name a few).
Charles Nguyen – Although he maintains a full time job, he is an active real estate investor in the Houston community. He specializes in creative financing and putting in place systems that run his real estate business.

@Tim LaBorde - We need to get together for lunch. In exchange for a Bud Light, I will take that bowl of Pho we've been meaning to have but haven't been able to schedule.
At our last meetup, we highlighted a quick case study of two newer investors who met for the first time at our August meeting. They ended up doing a deal together...it all started because they showed up at the meeting.
