Hi There!

The next Chicago South meetup is scheduled for 1/5 in Orland Park. They're now the first Tuesday of the month.  You can reply on this thread  or RSVP on meetup.

Nothing is for sale. These are designed to be 100% networking. We'll have a brief introduction at the beginning and plan on ending the meeting at 8:30-9:00. Everyone from all parts of the business and all levels of experience are invited. The goal is for people to connect and network so we can all do more deals. :)

    @Jeff Valentino Happy Holidays! I just came across this post, while doing a search for local meetings in the south suburbs of Chicago.  Looks like I'm a little late for this meeting but I just joined the Meetup group so that I'll be notified of the next one.

    Q: Would you be able to recommend an attorney and also title company located in the south burbs that is familiar with doing assignment of contracts and double closings?

    Any references you can provide is greatly appreciated!
