I am starting a REIA for Atlantic City

@Mark Callazzo, owner of the Iron Room is providing complimentary h'orderves! 

The idea is simple. To network and help create community among Atlantic City real estate investment opportunities.

Mark and I will share some of our experiences investing in the city.  We welcome anyone just interested or experienced in real estate investing to attend.   

Any and all ideas are welcomed on how to make this event better. Please feel free to spread the word to other members and lets make this a huge success and worthwhile for everyone attending .

    Nice job @Kurt Kwart! I'll be out of town but I'll make it to the next one. You should start a meetup group so you can actually manage the members, meeting and attendance on a regular basis.

    Hey Everybody! Just wanted to post a quick update for the meeting. 

    We are excited to have the Director of Planning and Development of Atlantic City, Elizabeth Terenik (https://twitter.com/acplanningdept) tomorrow night.  Elizabeth will be speaking about a new program for purchasing city owned abandoned property.

    Look forward to seeing and meeting everyone (someone remind me to take some pics !!)

    @Kurt K. - Will you be hosting regular meetings? I'd really like to attend. I'm just getting started with REI. I live in PA and have a place in Ventnor. Very interested to learn more about the market and opportunities in Atlantic City.

    Hi @Chris Johnson & @Michael Boney we are having a meeting Oct 18th.  We are looking to regularly meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
