She’ll cover understanding the roles of the probate attorney, executor, and/or conservator, nuances of listing agreements and offers, including overbids, and appraisal rules, when the judge/courts must be involved, and the realities of beneficiary interference or conservatee involvement. Most importantly, Tracy will talk about why timing is everything for properly closing the sale.
