Jeremy Roll

Jeremy has been an active real estate and business investor for over 13 years who left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in more than 50 opportunities across over $500 Million worth of real estate and business assets. As President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 1,000 investors in the US and Canada who seek passive/managed investments in real estate and businesses. Jeremy co-founded FIBI (For Investors By Investors) in 2007 with the goal of networking with, learning from, and helping other investors. FIBI is now the largest group of public investor meetings in Southern California, with 10 active monthly chapters and over 23,000 members. Jeremy is originally from Montreal, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), has an MBA from The Wharton School, and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, an online crowdfunding marketplace for real estate investors to invest in managed real estate opportunities. Jeremy has a diverse investor and fundraising network for real estate and business opportunities and has a large network of real estate and business contacts.

Hunter Thompson

Hunter is a full-time real estate investor and founder of Cash Flow Connections. Since starting Cash Flow Connections, Hunter has helped investors allocated capital to over 100 properties, which have a combined asset value of more than $350 million. His experience includes investments in self-storage facilities, residential mortgage notes, mobile home parks, single-family residential acquisitions, hard money loans, bridge financing, and multi-family real estate syndications. In connection with these investments, he has worked with some of the most experienced and well-respected asset teams across the United States and Canada. Having a background in economics has allowed Hunter to achieve a holistic approach to analyzing real estate data and has led him to a unique perspective of investing. The goal of his business, Cash Flow Connections, is to help clients invest in passive cash flow opportunities that provide a healthy return on investment, without the headaches associated with the stock market's volatility.

Jillian Sidoti

Jillian is a parter at Throwbridge Sidoti, LLP (CrowdfundingLawyers.net) which is a boutique law firm whose area of practice includes Syndications, Private Placement Offerings, Private Equity Funds, and Joint Ventures for real estate and small business startups. Trowbridge Sidoti LLP's legal services include preparation of Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and investor Subscription Agreements, selecting the appropriate securities exemption, formation and structuring of legal entities, and drafting investor agreements such as limited liability company (LLC) Operating Agreements or Private Loan Documents. We prepare and file the securities notices with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities agencies required to qualify for a securities exemption from registration. The firm's clients range from seasoned and sophisticated commercial real estate investors and brokers to individuals raising Private Money from family and friends for their first deal or new business. Mathew Owens, CPA

Mathew is the founder of OCG Properties, LLC, a company that specializes in equity and cash flowing real estate investments. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting, earning his CPA license while performing audit and taxation engagements at various CPA firms, and worked primarily on large real estate clients. He currently specializes in value add cash flowing residential and multifamily real estate investments having purchased and renovated over 500+ properties. Mathew works with investors in multiple ways to acquire real estate in high cash flow markets around the country. He also helps investors develop various cash flow streams through syndications run by professional operators, promissory notes and other real estate related assets. Many of his clients benefit from his knowledge of real estate taxation and due diligence, legal and investment structuring, and long term investment planning and analysis.
