Hey everybody! We decided to take our meetup to the streets for November! We will be meeting at a location TBD in the Ocean View area. It is TBD because I will have to find a home on the market that will be a good house to estimate rehab costs, and one that the listing agent is ok with us going to as a group for a learning experience. I will post the location on the 3rd.
