We are planning a Real Estate Investors Summit for 2018! The plan is to do a two day event with speakers, networking, breakout sessions, and more. The third day will be local property tours on various projects giving you a crash course in Chicago Real Estate. As we start to plan everything I am looking for your help in determining what topics are going to be most beneficial to you.      Maybe May or September.  Once we review what is important to people, and can find a venue that fits our needs

    We're looking to create an experience that delivers great information and awesome networking. To do this, we need to know the demand people have for certain topics - wholesaling, rehabbing, buy and hold, multifamily, AirBnB, notes, etc. We're customizing the sessions based on the feedback so click here to take the survey.

    Looking forward to The Chicago Summit 2018! This will be a great opportunity for investors with various levels of experience to network and learn from others that are active in multifamily buy and hold investing in Chicago and beyond. Good to see rehabbing, property management, AirBnB, financing, and raising capital also among the considered topics.
