We are new real estate investors  and noticed there doesn't appear to be any Real Estate Investor groups in El Dorado County. We thought we'd try to put one together and meet with other like-minded individuals. We'd love to meet others like us that we can all learn from and help one another! We look forward to meeting you soon!

Hi all - I would also love to revitalize these meetings. I recently moved back into the area and am eager to meet the local investment community.

    Yes, we are still having the meeting. It's our first so I'm not sure how many people are coming yet. Your very welcome to come and bring guests.

    Hey Joseph,

    Our next meeting will be Tuesday February 13th. I am thinking of changing the venue to Round Table Pizza in Cameron Park. You are welcome to come, the meeting is on Meetup.com as well with more of the details. We are trying to do every two weeks and see how it goes.

    Our nest meeting is March 13th at Round Table Pizza in Cameron Park at 6:30. We don't have an email address list at this time. We are on meetup which keeps people updated.

    Hey Ben,

    We will be glad to have you. We will be there at 6:30. We don't have a sign or anything yet until we see if it's going to take off. I have a beard and will be wearing a tan baseball hat.

    I wouldn't mind starting up the meetings again but we would all have to try and get more people to come. We decided to quit doing them because nobody showed up to the last one. If you guys think you can get people to come through your networks we can try again. We can always be reached at 530-303-7010.

    Hi! I just saw your previous meet-ups. 

    Any upcoming plans for a meet up? We are investors (would love to be bigger investors) that would love to share knowledge and ideas. We currently live in ElDorado county and have 2 SFH and 1 duplex. Two are in other states. Ca is difficult to create cash flow.

    I would enjoy meeting like minded RE investors in El Dorado County.  My biggest issue is scheduling, but I will do my best to attend.  I just need a few days notice at the minimum to adjust my schedule.  Please keep me posted.  Thanks.

    We are contemplating it again if you guys are serious about going. We found that Round Table in CP seams to be a good place to do them most of the time. If anyone has any suggestions for a different venue we would be open to them as well.

    The Round Table pizza in Cameron Park is perfect.  What dates are you thinking of hosting it?  I am very interested in attending as long as I have enough notice so I can adjust my schedule.  I would ask if we can start in September as I am fully booked thru the early September.  I don't want to say I am interested and then you host something in August and I do not show.  Thanks!
