Hi,
My partner and I are newbies and we are going to invest in the Tampa area. We are visiting Tampa for a scouting trip Feb 17-19 to get a better feel for the neighborhoods. We'd like to host a meet and greet with other investors, wholesalers, agents etc in the area. Any ideas on where to host a meet and greet? Anyone interested in meeting up?
