Sorry for the late notice!

Wow! The last meeting had an incredible turnout and for good reason! Lewis' duplex was not only a great example of how to use owner occupy financing to kick start your real estate portfolio, but his story was both relatable and inspiring. Lewis Benedict, thank you for your hospitality!

Our next event is this week, Tuesday FEB 20th @ 6:30pm. One of our members, Evan Uribe, has graciously opened his 4plex for us to tour. Evan will be talking about why this investment makes an awesome addition to his portfolio; as well as, touch on best practices around property ownership and tenant management.

The MIFG is open to all so invite your friends and come check out what young investors are doing in the Twin Cities market. (RSVP Below)
