Profits from real estate don't come from the sale of the property, they come from how you purchased. If you buy right, the deal works. If you don't, it won't.
In this class you'll learn how seasoned real estate investors evaluate potential deals to determine whether they make sense. We will cover rental properties as well as fix and flips. On the rental side we discuss the rental profit and loss model, how to evaluate a good deal, how to increase cash flow, and factors to consider with different property types. You'll learn 4 ways to measure investment performance, and when to use (or not use) each metric. On the fix and flip side we'll cover several recent case studies and dissect what the purchase analysis looked like, the decision making process for the type and costs of improvements, the anticipated profit margins, and things that worked and didn't work, etc.
We end each session with a panel discussion with our experts, so bring lots of questions!
