We are pleased to announce Tom Codington will speak to our group about how the new tax laws will affect our real estate investments and holdings.

Tom has owned his own CPA Firm for more than 30 years. His offices are located in Skyland…halfway between Hendersonville and Asheville. The firm provides services in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting, QuickBooks assistance, income tax preparation, and tax problem resolution. Specific areas of focus are real estate taxation and strategic income tax planning. His team of associates includes 4 CPAs, 2 QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisors, 1 part-time tax preparer, and 2 great administrative professionals. In 2015…Tom earned the designation of CTP…Certified Tax Planner from the American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches in San Diego, California. He has been active and held leadership positions in The NC Association of Certified Public Accountants, Leadership Asheville XVI, Junior Achievement, Park Ridge Hospital, and The Carolina Real Estate Investors Association. Tom’s hobbies (in addition to real estate :) include travel, movies, reading, and dancing with his wife, Janice.
