WHAT:   Casual Networking Meetup of local Charlotte, NC area Real Estate Investors

WHO:     Investors of all levels and experience

WHEN: Tuesday July 3rd @ 7pm 

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come out to meet other local investors.  It will be an informal get together with good beer and like-minded investors of all stages.

    I own a local tile shop and work with a lot of investors that rehab their properties. Do you think it would be worth it for me to attend? 

    Also, there is no "WHERE", we could host it at my showroom which is in SouthEnd.

    @Account Closed - Sorry, the WHERE is up above in the title area.  It will be at Resident Culture Brewing Company (2101 Central Ave Charlotte, North Carolina 28205).  There is no set agent for this event. It is simply an informal networking opportunity to meet and talk local real estate with others here in Charlotte.  In the past at events like this we had full time veteran investors to beginners, with some flippers, hard money lenders, property managers, and people just looking to get started.  Good conversations with all hearing what others are doing.  Hopefully you can make it out.

    Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it, but definitely wouldn't be opposed to attending future events. We're an all cash private money lender. Work with a lot of the flippers and ground up construction community in Charlotte!

    @Adam Schneider -  That will be the hope.  It looks like we should have a good crowd this first go around so hopefully we can keep the momentum and make it a monthly thing.

    Thanks everyone that came out!  I think we had a great turnout and it is always nice connecting with other local investors in person.  

    I think there was consensus in doing it again next month.  The plan will be to have the next one the beginning of August.  I'll try to post something starting two week prior so be on the look out!
