Please Join us for this month's informative presentation with Guest Panelist Michael Borba of Borba Property Management.  Attendees will learn from their 30 plus years of management experience as we begin with an overview of the property management business. We will then open the floor to your questions in keeping with an interactive format.

Whether you are just starting out as an Investor or are already underway in building your portfolio, this Meetup will be super informative and is not to be missed!

    I'll be attending, I'm new to BP, but I am so inspired by the posts and abundant amount of excellent advice here. I am self taught managing a 37 unit in Hollywood. 

    It's great finding more knowledgeable peers, I learn something new evry time I visit BP, it will be nice to learn from you too! 

    Also, It's great to just talk shop and trade war stories.

    I'm new to multi family but recently came in contact with a list of off market apartment buildings for sale 17million being the lowest. any advice on what should I do?
