In September we had @Ben Leybovich and @Sam Grooms share about their recent 98-unit multi-family property syndication. The information was great for anyone interested in getting into the large multi-family space. He did a great job teaching about how to value those types of deals. He let others know about an up coming training that will be doing in January on multi-family syndication that people can find out more about here.
On October 17, 2018 at 7:30 PM we will have Spencer Owens, one of our hard money lenders that we work with often, share how investors can effectively work with hard money lenders. He has lent us over 1 million dollars over the past year over several deals and he is certainly a contact you will want to have if you like investing in real estate in Arizona. You won’t want to miss it. Also, we will be going over some of our recent deals that we are currently working on including the acquisition, rehab numbers, and setting up the lease options.
