    @Johnny Pineyro Looking forward meeting you at the AMIC meeting. Always a great group of investors. I live just next door at Biltmore Park.  I noticed your picture, do you fly?

    I do a little flying myself. Captain on a Global 6000 currently. Looking to buy a King Air next year for the business.

    I had a King Air and loved it.  There is a new Cessna Denali coming soon which should rival the Pilatus and reduce operating expense for the right travel profile.

    Global is big time.  Congrats.  You must be Netjets guy.

    Yes sir.  We plan to be up in the Raleigh area upon our return from Napa/Maui.  I want to say end of march but not sure.  Don't know if we will be in Ash on our visit but will text you.  I want to introduce you to the part owner of Pilot Cove (Colin O'Berry of  Altamont Property Group) and fellow MIT student.  I suggest you reach out to him and mention my name.  He can provide you further insight on course and he lives near Ramble.

    Look forward to taking a big one down with you bud.  100 plus doors.

    We will find one that's a great fit for us. In the last week, we have toured seven properties; we think a few look interesting at the right price. I will keep you posted.
