Good morning! Are these sessions for single family only? Or are 5+ unit multis something you'd see there? 

My partners and I (Dayton based) are looking for value add multis in the Columbus area. Would love to at least network with folks that dabble in that arena!

    @Charlie Cameron we presented a double last meeting, there are plenty of people that go that have multifamily experience. we hope to bring that background to the group with 4 years of brokerage experience in columbus before we were a homevestors franchisee
