At this month's Live Meetup on Thursday, October 25th a workshop will be focused on what you should have in your purchase agreement specifically if you're a real estate investor. We'll be role playing buyer and seller on stage with the documents on the overhead monitor. Every month there's new and experienced investors in the crowd who are looking for "guidance" on how to write up offers. We're going to break down all of those barriers at this event.
