    As you know, here at MAREI we only invite speakers who have good quality information to share. @Christopher McClatchey is no different. The first time I heard Chris teach I was blown away with his approach to buy and hold investing. While he had many of the similar creative real estate acquisition elements, he took them and turned them into a totally different concept. If you want to do more deals in 2019 and you want to build wealth with real estate, then you need to attend the MAREI meeting on the 8th. As always remember members of MAREI AND First Time Guests can register to attend at no charge . . just go to MAREI to get the details on the meeting and to get registered:

    Question: Do you limit your deals to those where the MAO tells you that you can buy?

    You know, that your offer needs to be 65 or 75% of the After Repaired Value Minus Repairs?

    How's that working for you? Not getting any deals lately?

    Chris McClatchey tells us we are doing it all wrong and maybe we need to rethink the whole MAO thing. What are your thoughts, can we really pay more than 70% of the ARV and still get a killer deal?
