Do you wonder if it's a good time to invest in our local market? Do you want to invest in real estate but aren't sure where to start? Maybe you're not sure if you have the money to get started.

Don't worry, we have the answers. A local real estate investor and owner of Independence Capital Property Management and Independence Capital Real Estate, Shawn Johnson, will discuss how to find deals, what strategies to use, how to get funding, rehab facilitation, finding tenants and much more. This event is not intended to be a sales pitch for Independence Capital. Some services may be mentioned but the intent of the gathering is to network, build relationships and get motivated about investing locally.

We will also have an amazing Mortgage Broker, Nikki Sandoval-Belt with Cornerstone Home Lending, to help guide you through the process and will talk about the mortgage products they offer. A short 5-10 minute pitch will be permitted. 

Light snacks and beverages will be served. With this informative event being completely FREE, how could you go wrong?

    Hi Ryan. Thanks for reaching out! 

    YES. We are planning an event at the beginning of April. Still trying to nail down the date. It will more than likely be the 4th or the 11th. This event will be a deeper dive into a specific strategy or two. 

    At that point we plan on doing these on a monthly basis. Hope to just gather as investors and shoot things off of each other.

    Hope to see you at the next one. I'll create a new event once I know the date.
